Damaged Package Upon Arrival

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mydoctork.com or call 281-475-7845 so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us

  • info@mydoctork.com or call 281-475-7845 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your return.
  • Unauthorized returns without an RMA may not be processed.

2. Prepare Your Return

  • Ensure the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Include all product components and original packaging materials.

3. Ship the Item Back

  • Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return at your expense using a trackable shipping method.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.

4. Processing & Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet the policy criteria.

Important Reminders

  • Check your order upon arrival and report any issues within 14 days of receipt.
  • If your order is damaged, provide photos of the packaging and product to assist with claim processing.
